About Prime Dine Systems Inc.

Crystal Point was created by a group of software specialists who first started working on the Documentor series of Restaurant Point of Sale terminals in the early 1980's. Back then, Documentor was one of the very first restaurant point of sale systems created for some of the largest Quick Service and Table Service establishments in operation. From there, the tradition of innovative restaurant software design continued through the development of the successful TEC FDS series of Point of Sale terminals. By bringing together invaluable expertise, the core design staff went off to create the current Crystal Point touchscreen software for Toshiba hardware platforms and began an exclusive distribution through Toshiba TEC America.

Crystal Point marries the reputable quality of Toshiba built hardware with the software expertise of Prime Dine Systems to create a feature rich Point of Sale system designed for a multitude of foodservice establishments. With over 25 years experience in the restaurant software industry, we have designed Crystal Point from the ground up to handle all the complexities of modern restaurant operations, yet remain simple and easy to use. Over the years, we have learned from restaurant owners, managers and servers what it takes to create point of sale software that is both intuitive and easy to use.
